How do I make an Order?
As the majority of teamwear requires personalisation, our website is designed for viewing examples of what we can do. In our online brochures section you can view some of the brands we supply. How do I know you have received my order correctly?
At Touchline we send a detailed order confirmation via email with every order received. This will confirm all of your requested items, customisation options and sizes.
How long will my order take?
We aim to deliver goods within 10-15 working days provided they are in stock with our suppliers. We will advise you
accordingly at the time of ordering. We do not have a minimum order policy, However, as we are a teamwear
supplier, single item and small orders may take longer as it will depend on our next supplier shipment date.
Can I make changes to an order placed?
Yes, It is very easy to make changes to your order during the early stages. Please do not hesitate to contat us to discuss your order at any stage.
How do I pay for my goods?
Once you have placed your order you may pay by Cheque, Credit or Debit card by phone.
How much is delivery?

How much is the embroidery set up?
This depends on the intricacy and number of items that require embroidery. Please phone or e-mail us for a price.
When are your busiest times?
The busiest time of the year is July, August and September so if you require kit around this time it is best to
order 4-5 weeks in advance.
